  Hello, I posted this question in the Lisbon forum first, and someone suggested I should also ask for advice in the Spain forum. I'm relatively new to tripadvisor so my apologies if this isn't the right place to post! My husband and I are planning to visit Portugal and southern Spain in early June. Nothing is booked yet, but our tentative plan is to fly into Lisbon and stay there for a few days. Erika Dreifus lives and writes in New York City.
